Our process follows clear review points. Each decision helps turn a product idea into documented requirements for manufacturing.

You do not need every detail finalized to begin the conversation. Tell us the product type, estimated quantity, intended use, target market and available references. A tech pack is helpful; a sketch, reference image or physical sample can also start a discussion. We identify which details must be confirmed before quotation and sampling.

The next step is to align on the decisions that affect the sample: fit, measurements, fabric direction, construction, artwork and trims. Open questions are recorded so both sides know what is confirmed and what still requires a decision. This prevents a sample from being judged against an undefined expectation.
| Decision | Status |
|---|---|
| Fit | Confirmed |
| Measurements | To Review |
| Fabric Direction | Confirmed |
| Construction | To Review |
| Artwork | To Review |
| Trims | Confirmed |
Example board — statuses differ per project.

Bulk production should begin only after the relevant sample, specifications, artwork placements and commercial details are approved. The approved reference and revision record provide a shared basis for manufacturing and later checks. If a design change is requested after approval, its effect on materials, timing and cost must be reviewed before proceeding.

Changes after approval are reviewed for materials, timing and cost first.
Before dispatch, buyers and the production team should align on packing requirements, size and color breakdown, carton markings, destination and required documents. Clear handover information is especially important when several products or colorways ship as one coordinated collection.

Our planning baseline is an MOQ starting from 50 pieces, subject to confirmation for the product and materials. Before a buyer assumes that colors, sizes or different styles can be combined, we should confirm the minimum by style, colorway, fabric and branding method. A mix of sizes should be reviewed with the size curve, not assumed to increase or reduce the minimum automatically.
| Can It Be Combined? | Status |
|---|---|
| Different styles | To Confirm |
| Different colorways | To Confirm |
| Different fabrics | To Confirm |
| Different branding methods | To Confirm |
| Size mix | Reviewed with the size curve |
The applicable minimum is confirmed in your quotation.

The quotation should define inclusions, exclusions and assumptions; a website-wide fixed unit price would be misleading for full-custom development.

Agree the terms before the sample is made, record the review as a dated version, and start bulk only after approval.

Bulk production does not start until both are approved.
Sampling time, material purchase, bulk lead time and freight transit are different clocks. A delivery estimate should identify what starts each clock. Payment schedules, Incoterms, packing requirements, destination and documentation are confirmed in the individual quotation or contract.
| Clock | Starts When |
|---|---|
| Sampling | Specifications for the sample are confirmed |
| Material Purchase | Material choice and quantities are approved |
| Bulk Production | The approved sample is signed off and materials arrive |
| Freight Transit | Goods are dispatched under the agreed Incoterms |
No fixed day counts are stated here; each project gets its own dated estimate.

Product type, estimated quantity, intended use, reference images and any tech-pack or artwork files. Unknown details can be flagged for discussion.
After the agreed sample, specifications, relevant branding details and commercial conditions have been approved.
Use clear photos, measurement references and a consolidated change list wherever possible.
Review a Sample with Clear Comments
The first sample is reviewed for fit, dimensions, construction, fabric feel and brand placement. Comments work best when linked to a measurement or photo: identify the location, state the requested change and record the revised target. Any further round should address the approved change list rather than reopen every previously agreed decision.
The next round addresses this list, not every agreed decision.
